Per the conversation, the only way that I see this being used against a law abiding citizen is when a self defense situation results in serious bodily injury or death (of offender) where there is a outcry or a claim of injustice. In that case, it would likely be forwarded to the DA to make that civil claim on violation of the public health emergency. Nothing that anyone is going to have to worry about until after the next hearing in October. I hope you both collaborate again soon in the future.
